Founded in 2014 by Shannon Hamning and Elizabeth LaBerge, Inspire Behavioral Solutions was built on a shared commitment to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

Inspire Behavioral Solutions provides evidence-based treatment grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related developmental needs. Our approach focuses on building meaningful skills that promote independence, communication, social development, and success across everyday environments.

Our mission is to empower each learner with the skills and socially significant behaviors needed to navigate their environment, participate meaningfully in daily activities, and achieve greater independence. We believe in teaching skills that extend beyond the therapy setting and support lasting progress in real-life situations.

Our clinical team specializes in a Verbal Behavior approach and incorporates Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to encourage functional communication, meaningful learning opportunities, and the generalization of skills across people, settings, and activities. Through individualized treatment and collaboration with families, we strive to help every learner reach their fullest potential.
